About Me
PROFILE
My journey and what drives me.
Since I was very young I have always been inspired by arts and especially visual crafts like films or video games. I always loved to see the Making Of or Behind the Scenes of the movies I loved to watch. The creative process and work on set always seemed so exciting to me.

But growing up in Germany doesn't teach you to take risks or choose a creative path, so it took me a while to take the leap and decide to pursue this career path after I finished school, but now it feels like it was the only right thing to do and it was meant to be.
​
Being a highly empathic and creative person who loves to create and tell stories and has a strong passion for fantasy, sci-fi, drama, mystery, thriller and adventure fiction, drew me to becoming a writer and director.
​
In short: Being able to move people with my stories is what drives me and puts the biggest smile on my face.

EDUCATION
What I have learned on my journey so far.
After I graduated from school I went on to study Design and Media-Technology in combination with my vocational diploma at Obermayr Business School in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Once I graduated from this course and was allowed to study higher education, I took a short-study course at the Bavarian Academy for Television and Digital Media (BAF) in Munich, Germany, which led me to receive a diploma in Camera and Digital Cinematography.

Continuing on my journey in learning as much as possible about how to make films and the different aspects and departments on a film set, I decided to study Filmmaking at the London Film Academy where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Filmmaking and gained lots of experience in various departments on set. During my studies in London, I strongly focused on writing and directing, but also found a love for working as an Assistant Director and Script Supervisor.

EXPERIENCE
What happened on my journey and what I have achieved so far.
During my studies in Munich and at the London Film Academy, as well as in between study periods in my own time, I built lots of experience by writing, directing and developing my own production and short films.
However, during my studies at the London Film Academy, I also gained much experience as a 1st Assistant Director and Script Supervisor which I further extended throughout my first professional year in 2023 by working on multiple projects both as a 1st AD and Script Supervisor and sometimes even as a Production Assistant / Floor Runner.

Apart from my work in the industry I also gained experience from internships. One at Change Communications in Frankfurt/Main during which I was in charge of the development of the company's representational movie in 2016. Then from March to August 2018 at Prestigefilm in Karlsruhe where I worked as a Camera Operator, Gaffer, Editor and Process Operator for image films, event videos, and Commercials for multiple companies and brands including Mercedes-Benz.
