Pre - Production
Planning
As your 1st Assistant Director, I will take care of any planning organising and correspondence that is needed throughout the pre-production process.
Call Sheets & Risk Assessments
I will create and provide detailed Risk Assessments as well as detailed Call Sheets for the production to ensure that Crew and Cast are well informed about everything and to avoid delays.
Scheduling
I will make a script breakdown, including DooD's for Cast, Props, Vehicles etc. (whatever you need for your project).
I will also create a detailed Shooting Schedule for each of the days of filming made with Movie Magic Scheduling.
Assisting in the Casting Process
I will assist the director or casting director throughout the casting process handling any correspondence while keeping the director and producers in the loop.
Production
Time Management
On set you will always find me watching the time to make sure that we are working according to schedule or to raise awareness if we aren't. That way the director can decide on whether to cut shots and is also aware of the time but can focus on his work.
Adjusting Schedules
If needed, in case of shoot delays or other important changes, I will adjust the schedule and call sheets and raise awareness about them to ensure that the crew and cast are always on top of what's happening
Communicating between
Departments
I will be in constant communication between various departments delivering messages. I will always know what is happening next which will make my communication quick, and efficient as I'm always multiple steps ahead.

The "Assistant Director Service" that I provide may change, depending on the size of your project and whether you need a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Assistant Director. I can do them all!
